Welcome to our home!

 Welcome to the inaugural edition of BigPoliticalCheese.com, the home for progressive political talk for Wisconsin.  With Healthcare passed and the economy turning around slowly (cross your fingers) there is sure to be a lot of misinformation in the ether as the Republicans and their followers attempt to undo the changes of the last two elections. Rest assured that we will be here, to defend what has been done on behalf of the middle class and to spread the news of what we can do to defend it.

  We (this is a group effort not a Royal we) have opinions and we will share them.  We want to hear from you.  Dialogue is good, so please have one with us.  We want to inform and entertain.  We may change your mind, you may change ours but hopefully we will all put a little more thought into our opinions.

The goal here is not to be stridently partisan. We believe there are good ideas on both sides.  Our belief is that Government has a purpose and that sound policy trumps partisan politics every time.  Stick around. We hope you bookmark us and come back often.
